Order & Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped without 24 hours of placing the order. We ensure that we deliver all ordered products in excellent condition in the fastest time possible. All the shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from its dispatch date however may take longer than usual due to circumstances out of our control.
We will notify you via email regarding your order, payment and shipping status hence keep checking your email or FiiO India account by logging in from time to time.
An additional fee for shipping of Rs.50 will be applicable if the order value is less than Rs.699. All orders above Rs. 700 will not be charged a delivery fee.
